Sok National Park

lush tropical jungles of Khao Sok National
Park offer travelers the opportunity to have an adventurous,
yet not strenuous, vacation.
Khao
Sok is our easiest vacation tour package. This
trip is for anyone who is even mildly fit. Khao
Sok is soft adventure at its best! Perfectly
suitable for families, kayaking is safe, fun, and
easy. Kids will both enjoy the fun of paddling
themselves as well as seeing all of the monkeys, gibbons,
hornbills,
wild pigs, tapirs, wild elephants and other exotic
tropical animals.
The
verdant jungle is complete with old growth trees.
Fig trees abound. In fact, Thailand has over
100 species of fig (species ficus). Each species
of fig has its own species of wasp to pollinate it.
The jungle is very interesting and we have the knowledge
to teach you and your kids all about it.
Just
three hours from Phuket, Khao Sok National
Park has unique floating bungalows.
We go to the least visited group. This is our
'base station' for the tour. We
spend each day venturing out to paddle into various
coves in the huge 165 square kilometer reservoir known
as Cheow Lan.
Our
traditional kayaks are comfortable and sleek. 
We have a variety of traditional
kayaks to suit every body size.
We also teach proper paddling technique to assure
you that you are getting the most efficient use of
your boat for the least amount of physical output.
Your comfort is very important to us. We tailor our
trips to suit individuals on the tour. It's not a
race.

Trekking,
Mountain Climbing and Rock Climbing
Besides kayaking, you can go trekking,
mountain climbing or rock climbing. We offer many
different routes and different levels of difficulty.
If you only want a gentle walk in the jungle, that's
easy to arrange. If you're hardcore, so are we.
Two easy treks that are available to
the average fitness level adventurer are the Nam
Taloo Cave and the Viewpoint
Hike.

Survival Training
Khao Sok is also where we offer our
jungle
survival training. There is
no extra charge for adding some jungle survival training
to your Khao Sok tour.
Jungle River
Kayaking Tour
T
he
Sok River flow all the way from the
park headquarters region of Khao Sok to Surat Thani
and the Gulf of Thailand. You can
participate in a day trip or a trip of several days.
This is seasonal as this is a naturally flowing river
that depends on rain. We offer river kayaking tours
from May through October.
If you like fishing,
especially fly fishing, that can
be added to your river kayaking tour at no extra charge.
